Every year the APDC - Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications brings together the most prominent players in the sector of New Technologies to discuss the current situation of the country and the challenges it faces in the future. For the 2010 edition the theme was "Restart". A Restart which translates into innovative solutions for the development of the country, but also illustrates the new position of APDC before the markets and its partners.

With a revamped image, more innovative and appealing, the APDC seeks to give to the Congress and, by extension, the players involved, a spirit of change and renewal during the two day event. It was with this premise in mind, Oceanlab decided to restart the website of the 2010 Congress. Compared with the 2009 edition of the website - also developed by Oceanlab - this new platform features a more modern identity, with new content and links to media as diverse as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Flickr. As always you'll be able monitor through the website the activities of the Congress in real time.
