This pioneering project has the objective of congregating, in a single platform, some of the services provided by Public Administration that were dispersed, in order to simplify the access, and make available information, to all citizens.

Initially divided in two areas, one for Citizens and one for Companies, Portal do Cidadão (Citizens’ Portal), has come a long way since 2004, and has even originated what today is known as Portal da Empresa (the Business Portal), where you can find all the information related to the creation and management of a business.

Oceanlab was invited to participate in this prestigious project, right from its launching phase, both as a consultant and as the responsible for supporting its graphic development.
